Description:

Webby is sweet and a little shy. She has a lot of energy and loves to go on long walks. She is timid around new people, but her foster mom is working to help socialize Webby and help her to come out of her shell. She is doing very well with her house-breaking/crate training and loves to chew on rawhides.

Besides being adorable, Webby is the perfect size! Great for people who like smaller dogs but aren't in to toy breeds, and perfect for people who don't have the space for a large dog but prefer the "large dog" look. Webby looks like a Doberman puppy....but she will stay this size forever! (She might grow a little more, but not much)

Rescue Story: Webby was brought to Asan from Busan City Pound by Mr. Kim. She stayed at Asan patiently for months, waiting for someone to take her home. A few weeks ago, Webby's wish was granted and she is now being fostered by a wonderful couple in Icheon.

Adoption Fee: ₩70,000
Location: Seoul - 서울
Living Situation: In foster care

Thank you for the congratulations! I'm so happy that Webby has joined my family! She's doing great, and she's even developed a tiny little belly since she's so well-fed now. She also recovered beautifully from her spay operation. This smart gal is also learning lots of tricks, pee-pad training, and is gradually becoming more comfortable about meeting new people.

Indeed--she's a climber and all-around escape artist. To our amazement, she managed to open the sliding glass door of our veranda by pulling and chewing on the wires of the webcam I set up for doggy surveillance, thereby knocking my laptop off the desk in the adjoining room. She also chewed through the webcam wires in four different places, and clawed the wood off our bedroom door trying to get out. However, when I came back home, she was *back inside* the veranda, sitting in front of the glass door opening, pretending as if nothing had happened, and that she had been inside the veranda the whole time!

Clearly, she's having some separation anxiety issues, so that's what we're working on now. Wish her luck!

I just wanted to give everyone an update on Webby. Webby and her awesome mom Jenny came to Seoul for a play-date with my two dogs this past weekend. Wow ~ Webby is a completely different dog than the Ducky I knew at Asan shelter. Her transformation brought tears to my eyes. We had an awesome time watching the dogs running around, being silly, and getting to know each other. I just wanted everyone to know how happy, healthy, and loved Webby is with her family. Thank you Jenny, from the bottom of my heart!
