Description:

The story of Libby from my end is that I was at the vet on Saturday getting the first shots for our 4 foster kittens when a girl comes in with a kitten with completely gooped over eyes. She didn't know what to do but I didn't know what was going on because she was speaking Korean to the receptionist. It turns out the girl has perfect English and told me she was walking in the parking garage in her apartment complex (behind mine) and heard a faint, strained but panicked meowing. (the poor baby had lost her voice from crying)
She didn't want to leave it there so she brought it to the vet on the corner (my vet).

She saved this kittens life by doing so and this kitten knows it!

I got her number so I could check on the kitten and see how it was doing after getting cleaned up at the vet. This girl kept it one day but due to living with parents and an extremely jealous pomeranian dog she can't keep it any longer. I was more than willing to foster this little desperate soul. (one of the four fosters was just adopted that same day)

She is in quarantine for a week or so while we see how her health is but the vet gave her an all clear for worms and did a treatment for earmites and other parasites she may have had. Her eyes look much better and will continue to clear. They are a beautiful light green!

She is one lucky kitty to have found the two humans she did!

Please help her luck continue!

She is looking for a loving forever home with a lap of her own. She is a love bug and lap kitten and just wants to be loved all the time!

Just wondering about a couple things: how is little Libby doing? And how old is she?

Libby is doing great! Her eyes have all cleared up and she has put on A LOT of weight. (last week she was .48g and last night she weighed in at .70g. Her ear mites have been all cleared up and she has an otherwise clear bill of health. Last night she received her first round of shots!

I think she is about 8 weeks? No definite age but she is the same size as the other two fosters I have and they were born around end of May.

Cute things about Libby. She gets very excited when she plays with my other fosters, making little purring noises and when she is lonely and saw one while she was in quarantine she would make almost a puppy barking sound. Her favorite toy is a string and she is super sweet.

If she has not been adopted yet I am interested. :)
