Pandora the Jindo is missing
Beautiful Pandora lived in shelters for years and was finally adopted in January 2012. One day in May she escaped from her home near Eunhaeng Sageori in northern Seoul. We had some leads, but there was never any luck finding her. I'm sorry for the belated update, but there hasn't been much progress.
The search is still on. Please keep looking for Pandora, and please continue to ask around in case she's been spotted somewhere.

Many people are helping and Ms. Jung even came to Seoul to look for Pandora, but there's been no luck. Pandora now has her own website and Facebook page:

Thanks, Karen, for the front-page link. Thanks also to everyone who is helping to look for Pandora and put up posters. We got some leads over the weekend and it looks like Pandora is still loose, not that far away from where she escaped. We need to figure out how to catch her, maybe with Ms. Jung's help and maybe with a box trap.

Sorry, Karen, I just saw your message. A woman in Seoul found the dog and was holding her temporarily, but was planning to send her to a kill shelter in a few days. Ms. Jung came to Seoul in a van and said the dog wasn't Pandora, but took her back to Daejeon anyway--so Daejeon Paws has a new resident.

I'm so sorry it wasn't her. That's great news that Ms. Jung was able to save this one from going to a kill shelter, though.
