Harlow

Harlow is one of the sweetest dogs I've ever known. And the laziest. She's the perfect dog for the not so active type (she doesn't go on walks as much as goes for carries) and it's part of her charm. She has short little legs and is in no hurry to get anywhere. She even eats lazily and slowly. She's the perfect couch buddy! Considering she came from a shelter, she's incredibly well adjusted, independent for a dog (doesn't need constant attention), and quiet, but still likes to be held and petted. She was an angel on the four hour train ride home from picking her up at the shelter.

She goes to the bathroom either outside or on the bathroom floor, where I've trained my dogs to go when the weather is too bad to go out. She seemed to have figured this out herself. She's pretty smart - especially for a pekinese who are not know to be people pleasers or highly trainable. ^^

She seems to have a cold of some sort, so she's not quite ready to be adopted yet, but please let me know if you are interested!
