This little fellow is awesome and of course we want to help him. Jacob is delightful, fun-loving creature who just want to have some fun. He is out-going and friendly. He would love to be in a home with people who would show him some awesome stuff to do, as long as a little lap time is included in the package.

Consider fostering or adopting Jacob!

From one of Asan shelter volunteers:
"I love Jacob, he's a bit lonely without his brother but thankfully he's got Clyde one of the friendliest dogs I've ever met looking after him. For a smallish dog Jacob REALLY loves adventuring, he'd be great companion on trails and hikes".

WHY HAVE I NOT FOUND A NEW FAMILY TO LOVE?
Jacob just loves to give you a big happy smile, he is one hell of a handsome boy with a great nature, he will make a fantastic loyal companion & has the most beautiful smile.

Jacob would be wonderful with older children & would love to go for a jog or a walk, relax on the sofa with his best friend.

From Jacob with love!

From Jacob's foster mom:
"... I'm going to adopt him. ... he's grown on me a lot and we just click together. He's come to trust me and he's extremely comfortable here. I love having someone to play with and cuddle with while I'm home, go for walks with ... and have someone happy to see me when I come in the door. I kind of forgot how great it was to have a dog."

Congrats to Jacob!

Just saw his picture on Facebook (from Sofia) and I had to come here to see him. Thanks for adopting him! What a cutie!

Yeah, he is a cutie, and he's such a calm gentleman too. Just don't leave him alone or he gets it into his head to chew on your favorite chapstick! Haha!

Jacob continues to do well in his new home! He's become the mascot of the hagwon I work at, and all the teachers love him! We went on an overnight wake boarding trip where I discovered that he doesn't like the water. =) He's crate trained and has now learned how to sit and stay on command, as well as paw and name recognition. We're working on lay down and come. Jacob has taken over my couch, as he loves to look out the window and watch the people and cars below. He's also a favorite at Cafe Pascucci, where I go for coffee and to work on grading tests. He's lost a lot of fur now that it's hot, so he looks like he's lost weight, but he's still as soft as he was in the winter! One of Jacob's favorite things to do is cuddle, and he loves sitting between my friends and I on the bed while we're watching a movie. I have one more year in Korea, then Jacob is coming home with me to America like his best friend, Scruffy, another former Asan shelter dog who was adopted by my friend and coworker. I'll try to include pictures if I can get them off my phone. =)
