Description:
June 25th: It's with a heavy heart that I have to announce Snowflake died this morning at the vet clinic in Onyang. Last week he was involved in a dog fight at Asan, and unfortunately contracted septicemia. (A blood infection due to open wounds.) This is a tragic and heartbreaking turn of events, since he was scheduled to be adopted this past Saturday. I'm so sorry for Snowflake, his adopters, and everyone who has supported Snowflake throughout his time at Asan Shelter. This was an unfair and horribly cruel turn of events. We will miss you, Snowflake.
June 16th: Snowflake is up to date on his vaccinations and also tested NEGATIVE for heartworm! Yay, Snowflake! Thank you Amelia and Steve for sponsoring his health check! He had a bath today and got his ears cleaned by a volunteer. I think Snowflake really loved all the attention he was getting. :)
May 27th: Well, Snowflake made it through the winter, and he is still waiting patiently for that perfect someone to scoop him up and take him home! If you are interested in meeting this sweet little guy, why not come out and visit the Asan shelter?
Snowflake is still looking for a forever home. It's cold now, and he is a little delicate guy. Please help him find a loving new home this Christmas!
"Well, you know how they say each snowflake, although looking similar, has its own unique pattern and shape? Well, I guess you could say I'm that kind of poodle too. Although I may look like other poodles, I have my very own unique design too! I rarely bark (in fact, I've never barked in front of my Asan volunteers), I'm oh so gentle, and I just want to be held really. I love to cuddle and will nestle into your neck for long stretches of time. Just like snowflakes, however, I'm also fragile so I need a very loving forever family. Snowflake is living at Asan shelter with no prospective parents."

I hung out with Snowflake yesterday for quite a while. He loves walking, loves other dogs, loves people. He soaked up the attention, and I felt sad when I finally had to put him back him back in his cage, though he went willingly, knowing his time was up. He is a cute little guy. He will make a great pet.

Snowflake is so loving, sweet, and intelligent. For some odd reason, he has been overlooked for so long. He's not very big, and the cold is rough, and it is at least his 2nd winter at Asan. With a bath and a trim, he will be not only loving and intelligent but beautiful, too. Please consider lovely Snowflake for adoption or fostering. Don't let Snowflake lose hope.

Is he in good health? Isn't there any interest in fostering or adopting him? Has he been there more than a year at the shelter?

It seems like he is ok. Unforetunatelly so far there's no interest in Snowflake.

He looks great! I hope Asan doesn't trim him too much as he looks beautiful like that.
Gosh, it makes me sad that he's still waiting for a family :( He is such a great dog, but just gets overlooked. It seems that he's been at the shelter the whole time i've been involved with ARK, which is 1.5 years now. Let's make him our newest goal; let's put our brains and hearts together and get this baby adopted. Enough time at the shelter.

He was scheduled for adoption?! Ah, that is the saddest thing ever! Poor boy never got to experience the love of his new family :( Poor sweetheart.
