Update (August 21st): Great things could be happening for this wonderful girl, very soon!!!!

Update (June 5th): Some videos of Bella :) Look how smart she is, and very gentle both with taking treats, as well as playing with her foster bro :)

Update (May 27): From Bella's foster dad: Bella is doing great; she acts very motherly towards her foster brother. She is doing amazingly with no barking, crate training, and housebreaking. Her foster dad is so love in love. He says she is the sweetest, most affectionate dog ever.

Update (May 25): Happy happy news - Bella went into foster care yesterday with amazing foster daddy who already adopted on of Yangju's Jindo puppies. She I doing fabulously and settling in wonderfully :)

Update (April 17): Jindo lovers! This beautiful girl would be such an amazing companion to you - she has no aggression towards other dogs, walks great on leash after she calms down which only takes a few minutes, loves everywhere and just the the sweetest thing! Her golden personality is being wasted at the shelter.

Update (April 1): This gorgeous young dog has the most amazing personality. She's at a wonderful age to be trained and positively influenced; she really deserves to be in a warm and loving home. She is honestly one of the most beautiful Jindo-mixes I've ever seen.

Update (March 9): Bella is all healed and healthy and waiting for her forever home. She got a much deserved walk and affection from some volunteers. She is just a young, playful dog who wants to shower people with her love.

Bella is a GORGEOUS young Jindo girl at Yangju. Her story is that someone reported her wandering around the apartment area in Yangju. She had a collar so they thought she had a owner but after seeing her on the street for a couple of days, they figured she was just a street dog. The manager from Yangju Shelter went there to rescue her. Bella was friendly from the very beginning and went right to her and so now she is at the shelter. Unfortunately, she has a skin disease on her head which is why her fur is purple; it's the medicine. She also had gastroenteritis caused by intestinal parasites, and pyometra too but has undergone surgery and finished with the recovery phase. I believe in order to save her, they had to spay her.

Bella is young, maybe just over a year old, and she LOVES, LOVES, LOOOOOOOOVESSSSSSSSSSSSSS people. She will kiss you and hug you and lick you like there is no tomorrow. There is not a mean bone in her body. In fact, she gets bullied by the little spaniels she shares her kennel with right now, ha ha. They are half her size.

Her fur is super soft and her fluffy little tail is always wagging. She rarely barks but will whine a bit. When she was inside recovering in the separate room, I had no idea she was even in there because she didn't make a peep which is very unusual because usually the dogs kept in here bark like crazy because they can hear people passing by but can't see them.

She is very playful and super sweet. It took awhile to get a harness on her because she didn't know what it was, and she was just so excited that someone was in her kennel ha ha, she couldn't stop jumping around. But when I got her out for a walk, she did great! She was a little confused as to how to walk I got a little dizzy from all the spins I did :) but she will learn soon enough.

She loves other dogs, even if they don't love her back but she is definitely a people dog all the way. She's not very big so we believe her to be a Jindo-mix; also because she has one beautiful, crystal blue eye, and one brown eye.
