TJ

January 5th: T.J. was adopted today! YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY! Thank you so much Jared! Have fun with this silly puppy!

December 30th: TJ had a great day at the shelter yesterday with a kind volunteer who gave him some extra snacks and took him for a nice long walk! (That's one of TJ's favorite things to do!) He is such a wonderful dog who deserves a really great home. He has spent far too much of his brief time on earth at the shelter. It is time for him to learn what it's like to be part of a family, don't you think?

December 24th: TJ will be spending Christmas at Asan Shelter this year. What a shame. This sweet boy deserves a fantastic family that will match his fantastic personality. Please don't make TJ wait too much longer; he needs you! Merry Christmas, TJ.

December 9th: TJ is shivering in his cage, waiting for someone to notice what an awesome dog he is, and take him into their nice, warm home. I cannot believe he has waited so long with NO interest! Seriously, anyone who meets him will immediately fall for his goofy, puppy-like demeanor. He is a really, really great little guy!

November 24th: TJ went for a nice long walk today with Lobo the Jindo and a few volunteers. TJ is a really sweet, energetic young pup who has unfortunately spent the majority of his youth at the shelter. Amazingly, this hasn't damaged his happy demeanor and sweet nature; TJ loves everybody and is just happy to get out of his cage and smell the roses. He DESERVES a great family...Please consider this dog.

November 11th: Poor Teej is wondering what he ever did wrong to deserve spending his youth at a shelter. He is so happy, so sweet, and all he wants is someone who can provide him with a safe and loving home. TJ is cold and lonesome in his wet, dank cage; please give this sweet guy a chance to experience what life can really be like.

October 13th: ~TJ received heartworm prevention this weekend to make sure he remains healthy and adoptable! :)

October 6th: TJ is so nosy that he's taken to shoving his head through the bars of his cage to get a good look around. Wouldn't it be nice if TJ could live somewhere without bars? If he could see people every day, get walked every day, and have fun every day? That is what TJ wants more than anything --- a normal 'dog's' life.

September 22nd: Lucky TJ got to go on a nice walk today with his favorite volunteer. To show her his appreciation, he rolled in something smelly and then rubbed it all over her T-Shirt. TJ is very generous with his smelly treasures. :)

September 15th: TJ has had a wonderful time capturing the hearts of all the volunteers this fall. He loves to make the girls swoon and gush when he gets out of his cage, looking for snuggles. If you love Jindos but are worried about space --- no problem! TJ is quite small compared to average-sized Jindos and would fit well into any apartment situation as long as he gets enough exercise. Please don't overlook this sweet boy!

September 1st: TJ is growing restless and excitable from being cooped up in his cage, 24/7. A young, energetic dog like him deserves to run, play and stretch his legs whenever he wants. TJ would be a great guy to help you get your butt off the couch! Come and meet him at Asan shelter!

July 14th: TJ is recovering well from his neuter, although he seemed a little bummed out to be cooped up in his cage. TJ is a very handsome, sweet little guy who would benefit from a foster or adoptive home as soon as possible. Please consider giving TJ a break this summer!~

TJ is a new little Jindo guy who came to Asan from the Siheung Pound. He is quite small compared to a typical Jindo, which is why I listed him as a mix. His legs are really long and his torso is quite lean --- and he's got just about the sweetest face you've ever seen! He is not completely comfortable around people yet, but he is interested in saying hello and really wanted to get out of his cage to go for a walk! TJ tested NEGATIVE for heartworm today and was given a DHPPL booster and also vaccinated against rabies. TJ is also scheduled to be neutered sometime this week.

TJ seems like a happy little guy, although a little unsure of himself. He isn't aggressive towards people or other dogs, but will definitely need some work on the leash since he is a bit of a spaz. His behavior is quite puppyish, and I'd say he can't be much more than a year old. The great thing about TJ is that he's all the handsomeness of a Jindo, but in a slightly smaller package. Perfect for Korean apartment living. :)
