Things Darla Likes:
*killing bugs
*cuddling
*looking out the window
*playing with a feather toy
*playing with my yarn
*food!
*running from room to room at top speed
*sleeping right by my head
*my foster dog
Things Darla Does Not Like:
*bugs who are alive
*street cats who make noises outside my windows
* ... that's it.
Darla is one of the bravest, toughest, most loving cats her foster's ever known! She shares," Darla is certainly independent, and once she's decided where her place is, there's no convincing her otherwise. She also loves to curl up next to me, halfway across me and the dog, and purr her face off."
What a cutie! Won't you consider this loving kitty to be your furever baby?

I was looking after Darla for ten days or so while her foster mum was on vacation, and I have to say that she is a sweetheart. She's clearly had a tough life, and she took a long time to settle in at my place. Once she was comfortable, though, she was a playful, fun girl to have around. As an aside, she is a BIG kitty! She made my little girl look like a serious munchkin (munchkitten?)
Here's a link to a few photos I took over the week :) ARK people...can I still embed photos into posts? http://www.flickr.com/photos/allyteacha/sets/72157627831523556/

AMCD, thanks for the link to your photo gallery, what handsome kitties!! For now, we have to copy and paste links from comments. I launched the new ARK with minimal features, but will be adding more in the coming days. Embedding photos (and videos) is a Top Priority. I'll post a message when it's ready. Sorry for the wait :(
Darla is GORGEOUS!
