Description:

*Update*
This kitty is VERY playful. He never hisses or scratches us (claws stay in paws) but he will gnaw on you as if you were a litter-mate. He will grow out of this behavior, and a quick squirt of water is enough to stop him. But he is not a big, lazy cuddler like other cats. He has started to snuggle up to us more, especially after he gets tuckered out from a laser pointer play session, and he is always easy to pick up--never runs away and hides from us.

Badger followed my boyfriend into the elevator of our apartment building, got off on the same floor, and walked straight into our flat like he owned the place. We've put up posters because he has been well taken care of, but no one has claimed him yet.

This little tabby made himself at home right away. I've never seen a cat so comfortable in a new environment so quickly. We named him Badger because he is kind of like a honey badger. He just doesn't give a...

He's really playful, clean, friendly, and we can both handle him with ease. I estimate he's between 4 and 5 months old. We would love to keep Badger, but we already have one rescue cat and can't really afford two, especially since we won't be staying in Korea for very long. So far our cat (Kpop) and Badger are tolerant but not friendly towards each other. But I do think with some patience Badger will get along fine with other felines.

Badger needs to be neutered, but the adoption fee will cover those costs as well as his first round of shots. We also can provide a nice litter tray, food bowls, and a few other things to get you started.

We live near Pyeongtaek, but don't have a car, so you would either have to pick him up or be willing to meet us somewhere near the area.

Adoption Fee: ₩50,000
Location: Pyeongtaek - 평택
Living Situation: In foster care

My husband and I are interested in Badger, is he still available to adopt? He's adorable!

Yes, Badger is still available! We are out of town this weekend but can arrange for a visit sometime during the week. I've also just updated his profile, so have a read because there are some important changes!

Yay!! Okay, so we would LOVE to adopt him! Would you be willing to meet at yongsan or Seoul station? I have only been in Korea for a little bit and am nervous about traveling all the way down to pyongtaek. If not i would have to get him on a weekend so my husband could come with me.

It would be best if you can visit him where he is comfortable at our apartment to make sure he is a good fit. We've had a few interested people visit but after meeting Badger they have decided he is not a good match, or we have decided that they aren't serious enough about the commitment.

This coming weekend would probably be okay, but I won't know for sure until later in the week. We are actually quite far from Seoul (about two hours by bus or train), but you can get a direct bus from the Nambu bus terminal to Anjung (just outside of Pyeongtaek) and I can meet you at the station.

Ok, understandable, meeting at the station would be fine. :] lol yeah, we're from Dongducheon so we're on the opposite side of Seoul from you,so it will take about 3 hours for us to get there. Ok, just let me know what day on the weekend would be ok, we have church on sunday mornings so it would have to be after that if its sunday, but saturday would be much easier if you could too. really excited to meet him!

Just wondering, would I need to bring a cat carrier with me if it works out as I'm hoping? :) I'm really excited, I'm so excited to see him!
