A lot of people don't always know this, but if you argue with the landlord, and I mean, REALLY put up a fight, they usually back down. Your contract is not binding like it would be in the Western world, and you're able to negotiate. Adoptbullies on this forum had to argue with her landlord left and right for her cat, and (if I remember correctly) told her they were not allowed animals. He eventually let up and let her have the cat, and they found out other tenants were allowed animals, but because they were foreign he thought he would get the best of her. (Again, if I remember correctly). Either way, I'd really fight for your dog!
