Thumbs up INCHEON: Seoul Total Care Veterinary Clinic

Veterinarian and Owner: Dr. Hun-Dong Kim
Address: 2F, Sekwang Bldg, 364 Galsan-dong, Bupyong-Gu, Incheon
Phone Number: (032)508-7571
Business Hours: 9:30 a.m–9:00 p.m Monday-Saturday
Services Offered: The same as all other clinics

Language Ability: Dr. Kim has an excellent command of English.
He can also speak some Japanese.

Clinic: Dr. Kim's clinic is the nicest animal hospital I have ever seen in Korea. It is located in a cute, quaint and fairly quiet part of town. There is ample free parking behind the clinic. The clinic is large, quiet, bright and clean. Honourable mention needs to be made about the cages. The cages, all made of wood and designed personally by Dr. Kim, look like little sauna rooms. They are spacious and quite comfortable! He wanted to make sure that all of the animals who stay in them would be happy and comfortable.
I currently have three cats staying at the clinic and they seem quite happy and comfortable there.

The clinic has a wide array of animal and pet care products. If there is something you need that is not stocked there, Dr. Kim will happily order it for you.

I have known Dr. Kim for many years now. He is a wonderful veterinarian who cares deeply about animals. He has treated all of my cats including my special-needs ones. Any time I have questions about any of my animals or other animals or about animal health and welfare in general, Dr. Kim always takes the time to answer my questions. Due to the special-needs nature of some of my animals, Dr. Kim has helped me to get specialized tests done on them and has even gone so far as to contact experts in certain fields to help me out. Dr. Kim has gone above and beyond the call of duty many times. It is for all of these reasons that I highly recommend Dr. Kim as your personal veterinarian. He is an excellent veterinarian who always does his best to ensure that he treats every animal in his care as if it were his own. His dog, Geum Dong, can attest to this, I’m sure!!

If you have any questions or would like to talk to me further about Dr. Kim and his clinic, please feel free to write to me at animaladoptioninkorea@yahoo.com

Since I go to this clinic pretty well every weekend (I live in Seoul), I would be happy to drive anyone there to meet Dr. Kim and see his clinic.

Catlover

P.S. IF ANYONE HAS AN URGENT OR IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO GIVE ME, WOULD YOU PLEASE SEND ME A PRIVATE MESSAGE? THAT WAY, I WILL GET YOUR MESSAGE IN GOOD TIME.

HI,

Did you mean that you wanted to adopt a puppy or you need puppy supplies?

He speaks great English, so you can contact him directly and ask him your question.

Good luck!

SENDING PETS ABROAD

Hi everyone,

I am writing to let you know that Dr. Kim can help anyone send their pets abroad. The help includes providing a medical check-up if the owner requests that, microchipping pets, boarding pets and so on....

He has quite a bit of experience sending animals to other countries and continents and is well versed on the quarantine laws of various countries around the world.

Last year, Dr. Kim helped me send two abandoned cats to Australia. Everything went very well and the cats are very happy with their new "parents".

If need be, we can both also help you get your pets to the airport, too.

If you have any questions, please feel free to drop me a line here or call Dr. Kim directly.

Dear Catlover,

I corresponded with Dr. Kim via email - thanks for the link - and I think this will be the best bet, so far. My girlfriend and I are arriving in Incheon at 5:30 am on Feb. 18, but according to our recruiter, the day will be mostly free for us.

Can you offer us a ride to and from Dr. Kim's so that we could drop off my cat? Or if that date doesn't work out, could you help us figure out a way via public transit to get there from the airport?

Thanks so much.
Shawn

Hi there,

I rarely visit this section of the site, so I just saw this message.

I'm sorry.

You can call Dr. Kim directly and he will give you directions, or you can email him at hundong@hotmail.com
