Found dog and need help

Hi, my name is Janet and I found a stray cocker spaniel in front of the school that I work at. I had seen him several times since November and I have had him now for a week but just recieved a complaint from my neighbors and now I am unable to take care of him. I have taken him to a vet where he had his first set of shots, has a clean health bill and has been groomed. If anyone is willing to foster him or give him a home that would be wonderful.

Could you please post a photo of him, I think you may have more luck finding an adopter or foster home if you add a picture.

I have found a foster parent but they do not have a car to drive out here to pick Oreo up. Does anyone have a car and might be willing to help out with the drive this Saturday? Please let me know. Thanks.

UPDATE: Oreo is now living with his foster dad in Seoul! He was delivered yesterday (Saturday). His foster dad will be training him and having him neutered before putting him up for adoption. Lucky boy!

Oreo still needs a home, either a new foster home or, ideally, an adoptive home. His rescuer is moving back to the US very soon and cannot take Oreo with her.
