Animal Shelter Near Icheon ???

Would anyone happen to know of any shelters near Icheon (south of Seoul) that have space to take in another dog? My friend in Icheon found a stray who looks pregnant (he's going to the vet today to find out). He was going to foster her, but his landlord and neighbour started complaining that the dogs "barked all night" when he knows they did not. My guess is that the neighbours tolerated his schnauzer-mix thinking he was a purebred, but will not tolerate a farm dog living on the premises.

Any advice about a place nearby where he could take this dog would be greatly appreciated. He says she's very friendly and likes attention. She's very fat, but short. Smaller than a schnauzer.

I'd like to update everybody on this case. The dog I found has been returned to her owner. I had her for a few days and unfortunately my neighbours complained so I had to do something about it. Thus I went to the vet and upon arrival a man approached me and told me that was his dog. He appreciated that I found her (showing his appreciation by buying me carrot juice). Later I realized that indeed I've seen the dog before, living at a restaurant and the man who claimed his dog was the owner of the restaurant. No worries, it is not a dog meat restaurant.
So, case solved. Everyone is happy :)
