Maggie May: Can you foster before Tuesday??

Maggie May is a chained doggy in a yard near my boyfriend's house. She urgently needs a foster house. They will let me take her but I am going to England next Tuesday for 2 weeks. If someone can foster before then I can pick her up Monday. If not, Maggie still needs a foster home asap (from 13th July when I return).
