You can contact the person who has listed the dog for adoption (some are listed "urgent" in which case a foster home is necessary before adoption), or you can contact one of the active members such as pukka (http://www.animalrescuekorea.org/forums/member.php?u=21), ryan (http://www.animalrescuekorea.org/forums/member.php?u=109), timvas, (http://www.animalrescuekorea.org/forums/member.php?u=11) or alibuch (http://www.animalrescuekorea.org/forums/member.php?u=49). They know about all kinds of animals at local vets and shelters...

Also, I've moved your question to the "Fostering" forum. Anyone else who knows of a dog in need of fostering, feel free to answer here, too :D

well you can foster a dog from anywhere! if you live in seoul you can go to dong dae moon there's alot of strays there... or even the vet clinic near you... but if you wana go a little farther maybe even the daejeon shelter or even a kill shelter if you do go to a vet as if they have any you-ki-gyouns which are strays. or show them this 임시보호 하고 싶습니다. 유기견 있습니까?
which transaltates to i want to foster care. do you have any stray dogs?

Hi Mariarun4fun,

If you need any information or interest in fostering a dog you can email
me any time at louka1 at gmail dot com.
As karen wrote above, many of us are rescuers and often need fosterhomes.
If you go to a gov kill shelter you have to bring a Korean friend, they don't
give dogs to foreigners to foster or adopt.
