Hey,

Has anyone used a Pet Courier Service to ship a small-medium size dog to Canada? We are just curious about prices and are wondering what service others would recommend. We have two small dogs and would like to send them to Canada in July.

Thank you!

Dawna

Hey Dawna,
both Gina and Korea Animal Transport on this forum offer that service. I have used Gina's company for 2 cats before, and it was fine and smooth.

I have never use Korea Animal Transport, so I can't tell. But it would be good to PM them.

i was wondering if anyone could tell me the deal with your pet flying cargo (air canada).... does that mean you dog would fly on the same flight as you, not in the bagage area but in a different area. Or does cargo mean a completely different airplane? I am not comfortable with my dog not flying on the same plane as me.

Hi Shawna,
You can fly your pet with you,how many you can bring depends on the
airline. If you want your dog on the same flight with you then it is cheaper
and the dog can fly''cargo hold'' that means the dog won't be with you in
the cabin.

Cargo flight means that the dog goes on a ''none passenger flight'' and the
dog will fly much more comfortable but you pay about 3 times more.
