Info from Maggie:
Saturday, May 3rd at Club Freebird in Hongdae, 10pm
This Saturday there is a benefit for the Kyeong Saeng Won orphanage. The orphange is near Jamsil, and mainly houses older kids (middle school) who are not really candidates for adoption anymore. Right now there are 57 kids who call it home.
The money raised at this show will go toward buying bikes for those kids.
5 bands (one of which is the 40 days) will come on out and play their favourite Rolling Stones tunes. The show'll feature some of the countries best ex-pat musicians, and there'll be a special one-off band, The Bicycle Thieves, who promise to 'blow you away' with their set.
The show starts at 10pm.
There's also a raffle with some great prizes. And big thanks to our friends at the Wolfhound for their help!
If you cannot attend but would like to make a donation, there are tickets for sale for 10,000 won.
