I hope we can exchange some experience here about this topic because the
websites looks great but I don't know if it really works as I have heard a couple
of bad experiences with wheelchairs not working well?

I think it depends a lot on the personality of the dog and how bad the injury or whatever is requiring the wheelchair is. For example, my sister's dog, a doxie-chihuahua mix (we think), slipped two discs within months of each other and so they couldn't fix the second one with surgery. So his hind legs didn't work, and they got him a wheelchair, but he didn't like it and was always trying to get out of it. However, thanks to his stubborn dachshund determination he gradually got to where he could move around without the chair. But I have seen/read about dogs who like having the wheelchair, I don't know if it may have something to do with when the injury happened and how well the dog adapts to new things.
