Volunteer visit to Daejeon Paws

Let's all show Ms. Jung and the dogs at Daejeon Paws that someone cares. I'll be at Daejeon Station at noon, and we'll arrive at the shelter around 1 p.m. Everyone is welcome.

A small group visited Daejeon Paws on Christmas and six Jindos took quick walks in the field behind Ms. Jung's place. (Ms. Jung didn't think it was a good idea to try walking the others because they're so nervous and not used to walking on a leash.) Everyone was happy to go out and most pulled on the leash, but no one was uncontrollable. Vanilla was the calmest--once she got past the other dogs. Ms. Jung took them out and put them back in their pens to avoid any risk of a dogfight.

Little Halmoni got some time out of her cage and took a walk around the neighbourhood in my arms.

Ms. Jung says Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
