posting pix on adoptable animal listings

Hi there,

Can anyone tell me how to post a picture of my kitty on this website? I'm trying to place a listing on the adoptable animals page but every time I select a picture from my computer (using the browse button and selecting from pictures I have saved on my C: drive) the website tells me my picture size is "null". Do I have to shrink my picture? If so, how?

Hi Annabel,

I think you're not the only one who is having this problem. Thanks for asking the question!

The maximum sized allowed for pictures in the adoption listings is 800x600. If you don't have photo editing software on your computer, you can use some free online stuff.

I found this: www.resize2mail.com

You upload your photo and choose the size you want (720x540 is good), then when you see your photo again (it takes a moment), you can crop it if need be, then either download it or right click it to save.
