I thought I would update with the story of our Daejeon pup, Delilah. She was about 4/5 weeks old when we took her home. She was tiny, and terrified, and astoundingly car sick! I had gone to the shelter intending to pick up the biggest dog there, but couldn't see any of the bigger dogs getting on with our cats. Delilah slept on my chest for the three hour ride home, with her head nuzzling my hair, ignoring the numerous stares I was accumulating during the trip, namely for being covered in shelter dog poo. No matter. She was warm and sleeping happily against me... I couldn't have cared less. I wanted to post some recent pictures of her as the happy, cat loving pup she's turned out to be. This girl started out as a sad wee one, sitting in her cage with a wet blanket and no mum. Now she's lying on a blanket in my lap as I type this. Tummy full, and just had a bath.
The cats in the picture have already had their happy ending told on www.lonelylifetime.com. I meant only to get Mama, my brown tabby. But she came with some somewhat adorable baggage, that I found I couldn't let go of
( NB: " Bird"... Tabby le Ginge).
Our three rescues live as one big happy family, somewhere north of Seoul.
