Quarantine office

I'm leaving October 30th to go to the US and I'm flying with Delta. I've called them and learned that I have to have my health certificate within 10 business day of my flight. I have a lot to do on the day of my flight by transporting two animals, two suitcases and myself to the airport. I was wondering if I could go to the Quarantine office and get the necessary paperwork done a week prior to my flight. So I'd like to go to the Qurantine office on the 23rd and get the paperwork done. Is that possible? Oh, and do my animals go with me to the quarantine office for the paperwork?

I think you have to visit the quarantine office within three days of flying. I am actually flying back home that same day on Delta. I am planning on going to Gimpo two days before instead of going all the way to Incheon. I am a little nervous with flying since I have never flown with an animal. I am traveling in Thailand right now and I just found out my dog is in heat so that is going to make it even more complicated. I am almost positive though that you have to visit the office within 3 days of your flight. Hope this helps, and yes your animals do need to go to the quarantine office with you.

Oh crap! My dog is in heat too. Why would that make it more complicated? And thanks the information did help.
