we just moved to seoul from Hawaii with our cat and have to go to Japan for 2 days to pick up visas to allow us to get our alien registrations. Can anyone suggest a reputable boading facility in Seoul...we are in the Itaewon area. Our kitty is a stray who showed up 7 years ago and announced he was living with us from then on. We didn't anticipate having to go to Japan so soon after our arrival and are anxious about finding a good place to board him for 2-3 days.
thanks,

you can try posting on the pet sitters spot on this forum, or also most vets have boarding facilities, and are quite reasonable (around 15,000 won). My vet is in Sadang (about 15 minutes from Itaewon) and he is very reputable, as I take all my dogs and fosters there, and I have also boarded there. If you want his number let me know. His name is Dr. Kim.

Well, the vet clinic I work for, located in Itaewon, I am very confident to say that we don't keep animals in cages. :D
we have 3 rooms for cats and one room for small to mideum dogs where they can walk around and play.

but if the cats are toilet trained and requested, we can keep the cats in the surgery room at night, where is quite, warm and airy!
msg me if u want more details.
