I know this is a long shot, but I can hope and pray. My cat is located in Baltimore, MD. I've been trying to get him shipped here for a while but every time I run into issues, heat, temporary ban on pets flying as cargo, etc. Is there anyone coming back to Korea early September that could fly him as carry-on? My sis has all the money for the flight that he would need. He's very lovable, just gets a little upset. But I really need to get him here because the guy who has him is deploying soon. If anyone can help me please let me know. Thanks
