1. Go to this site : http://www.animal.go.kr/portal/index.jsp

4. Set the period by clicking calendar
5. Select 충청북도 & 청주시
6. Click 조회

7. If you click the numbers under 관리번호, then you’ll see the details of the animal
including a photo

The Animal Protection Management System (http://www.animal.go.kr/portal_rnl/abandonment/public_list.jsp) lists animals in city pounds / municipal shelters throughout Korea. If you're looking for a lost animal or looking to adopt, you can use this site to locate animals (cats, dogs, and others) in your city. Contact information is provided with each listing, but you will likely need a Korean speaker to help you if you don't speak Korean yourself.
