I am a new one in the websit.I am living in deajoen. I hope I can give some kind of help in my ability.I amnot the man who can adopt a pet, but I can do some favor such as transporting pets for some. So let me know if possible

Hi Johann welcome to the forum :D
As you can see below,there are people going to the shelter to do
volunteer work every saturday.
They get together at the Daejeon station.
Maybe you can meet up with them there and help with driving
dogs to the vet etc ...
