Customs and Duty into Seoul

Excellent forum but I have searched and been unable to find an answer to one particular question. We are relocating to Seoul and my company is in the process of organising the extended visa and alien registration card but this may not be in place at the time of our move. If so will this cause problems with customs when bringing our dog into Korea?

It shouldn't be a problem. If the animal comes in as manifest cargo instead of checked baggage or carry-on, there will be some sort of additional inspection fee that must be paid when you pick the animal up. At the moment, I can't recall the exact cost, but believe it is less than 50,000 won.
