There is a shelter in Incheon. I don't remember the name of it off the top of my head in Korean but it's something like Veterinarian Lost Animals Association in English.. Not sure. It's run by vets and is the 'city shelter' for Incheon, it is also non-kill(i heard about it about 1 1/2 ago so not sure if it still is)^^
