This playful little guy is tied up 24/7 in Icheon. A friend of mine visits to play with him and give treats, and he would love to be able to find him a good home. He has not yet met (or seen) the owner, and would need a Korean-speaker to help him negotiate if someone was willing to adopt him. Can anyone help?
