Obviously they think so. He was released on good behaviour and needs to attend an obedience class. I think so too.

He looks so ashamed. Maybe he was released on good repentance. :) :o

An obedience class isn't going to fix his indiscriminate chewing; I'd lay money they are going to need a behaviorist to get results. I'd hate to see what he could do to the inside or outside of a house. (I can picture holes in the walls or doors as well as siding ripped off or concrete with teeth marks.)

His owner needs a smack upside the head for letting him run loose. Then again, dogs like this tend to destroy fencing too.
