My foster shih-tzu won't chew anything, she'll only swallow. I have to let her dry food bloat and then feed it to her cause I don't want her choking. I though maybe a treat would get her to chew, but no.. she'll just swallow that.. She swallowed whole one of those chicken jerkie things before I could take it away.. i don't want her getting intestinal obstuction.. what should i do to keep her from just swallowing all her food?
