I live in Daegu myself and was recommended this vet for my cat.
They have two vets - both speak pretty good english and I've been going there for about 7 months.
I've had microchips, castration, vaccines for health, rabies injections plus the blood tests all done there for my cat.
They are really helpful and I wouldn't try anywhere else now!
The directions I have in english say
It's near Daebec Plaza, Daebongkyo, Shinsegae.
