I adopted Louise (former name Bopbi) and was having problems housebreaking her. Thanks to some good advice and articles from people here, she's doing better.
I took a video of her today.

Very cute video! I'm really glad her housetraining is going better. She's such a doll! How are her ears doing, by the way?

Yeah she's definitely doing great.
Her ears are sooo much bettter now. Thanks for asking, Karen. I took her to the vet Thursday (this is week 4 of cleanings, shots and meds) and he said probably just one more week. I think that was a lot of the problem with her using the bathroom in the apartment. She did have an accident today in her crate for some reason. I was really surprised. I'd taken her out and an hour later, I ran to the store to buy some CD-Rs. When I came back (maaaybe 15 minutes later), she'd peed in her crate. I immediately took her outside and then cleaned her up and cleaned out her crate with cleaner and such. So hopefully it won't happen again.
and cyrax... she was looking at my hand... she thought I was going to give her a treat. haha

Hahahahahahahahahaha.....
How funny is she? She was a pretty good natured girl generally anyway whenever I saw her at the shelter but she looks so happy now, that's great.

I had the same housebreaking problem with Saydi. I think you'll find there is a big difference when she gets off the meds like you said. I discovered it was the meds making Saydi pee so much so often. The meds were for ear mites and ear fungis and since she is done the meds she is perfect! Absolutely no accidents! I'm so proud of her. Good luck with Louise!!!

My poor pup got her first haircut today... a complete shave-down. She still had some knots I couldn't get rid of myself from where she wasn't groomed properly before. She looks so sad. :(

OMG poor kid and it is still cold out, maybe a warm sweater will
make her feel better.
I groom my dogs mostly by myself because they really walk with their
head down and are unusual quiet after a visit at the korean groomer.
I wish I could show you how to get rid of a some nasty knots.
She will have her fur back in 2 weeks :D

Yeah, I've got a few sweaters and shirts for her and a nice fleece blanket for her to cuddle up in when she sleeps with me. I can't wait for her for to grow in... I'll keep her nicely groomed. I wanted to wait for the weather to warm up a bit before I shaved her (I got her not long before the cold weather came).
My sister mailed me this dress for Louise haha. It's too funny.
