I am spreading the word to people involved in ARK and visiting animal shelters to involve Gwangju International Center (GIC) in your work.

1. GIC has Saturday talks - it would be great if someone could be a speaker
2. Gwangju New Magazine - a free ad could be placed to get volunteers and raise awareness.

I am writing to invite you and your friends to the GIC Talk in March. I don't remember the exact title of the group, but the group which has helped to rescue the abandoned dogs.
As you suggested, the talk will be very revealing and informative. March 14 and 21 are still open. It will be wonderful if you could be a guest speaker!
