Hi~~ A little friend of mine (12 years old) has a kitty. We got our kitties about the same time less than a year ago. Unfortunately her father is not too keen on keeping the kitty. She called me today to ask if I could take the kitty until September at which time her mother and her have hatched a plan to make it all work for her to keep the kitty. (Not sure of it though!)
I can't keep her because I already have two sweeties and live in an office-tel like apartment. She is looking for someone to care of her kitty, Ah-Lohng-Ah, for the next 5 months. Two things that you need to know about this tabby and white-haired mix are:
1. She was cruelly de-clawed up to the paw pad (imagine your hand with no fingers). Although she has learned to manage it can be shocking to see.
2. She has not been fixed. Her owner was scared to take her to the vet after the first debacle. She is contemplating it but has had no need to take her (no yowling yet).
Her plan is to get Ah-Lohng-Ah back in September...but...I know her father and know that it may not happen. She can be a little boogar but I think it's because of her surgery and the fact that she hasn't had anyone to really work with her. She is a sweetheart to the girl and has great potential. She has spent time at my house but my female doesn't appreciate the intrusion. My male is all for adding to his harrem...lol.
Please contact me for a pic. I think I have some from last fall when she was at my house. The latest pic is in my phone. I could send an SMS if you let me know your number. E-mail me at cboulton72@hotmail.com.
