Description:

Ohsooni is a beautiful gentle dog who loves people. She's a little shy at first with new people, but once she knows you a little bit, she's a great little pal. Today, she was very friendly with volunteers at the shelter, and she was happy to get out for a walk. It takes her a while to feel confident enough to take a walk, but once she gets going, she is happy to explore. She seems very curious and intelligent, and would probably be very easy to train. With enough consistent attention and care, I'm sure she would be a wonderful pet. She looks like a miniature border collie, though I'm not sure what kind of mix she is. If you've ever met the Asan dog "Elizabeth Taylor", she's very similar looking, and has a similar gentle and intelligent personality. I don't know the details about her health status, though she seems to be very healthy, and all of the dogs in Daejeon Paws are well looked after. Her name is Ohsooni, but I just call her Honey, she's just so sweet! Please consider fostering or adopting her. Even if you can't make that kind of commitment, just dropping by and spending some time makes a huge difference in the life of a shy shelter dog. If you'd like to visit Ohsooni, please feel free to contact me.

So cute! It seems like the little black and white dogs have a streak of awesomeness running through them. Has Ohsooni been at Daejeon Paws very long? She looks and sounds like such a sweetheart, I hope she finds a great home soon.

I'm not sure how long she's been there, but it's been several months at least. I'll try to find out more next time I visit. Considering that she's been living in a kind of stressful environment, she's amazingly calm and mild mannered. Such a lovely dog.

Ohsooni went for a longer walk than usual on Sunday, and she's starting to gain a little more confidence with strangers. She's such a sweetie...Please consider her!

Last Sunday, Ohsooni went into foster care! I know she's going to be so much better off with her new foster carer. She is SUCH a sweet dog. Please consider adopting her. I'll post some more pictures of her soon. She's such a darling little dog.

At one time I was imagining how Ohsooni might make an good companion for my dog, although they could be mistaken for sisters. It would be really great to know how she's doing these days. I still think about her.
