According to foster family, he is very smart and almost potty trained (80%).
He loves to play with people and dogs.
It was estimated that he would be about 9kg when fully grown.
Oh, one more thing, he does not have barking issues! What a good boy!!!

Toby came to the city pound at 2 month old.
He is about 3 month old and is currently at foster home with Max (http://www.animalrescuekorea.org/dog/2647).
He is mischievous, curious, healthy pup.
