UPDATE December 14th, 2013
After months and months of trying to find a home, Mugsy has finally found his forever mom. Thank you Natalie! I know Mugsy will love you forever! <3

Update December 2nd, 2013
I still can't believe there has been no interest in this one of a kind boy. He is 100% full of kisses and love. The medication to his fungi is a slow process, but it is working. His coat actually looks really good now! He has no idea that he is blind in one eye, and it doesn't effect his personality at all. Just sometimes when he is playing in my veranda, it might take him a minute, or two, to realize I've been watching him.lol

Update November 20th, 2013
Mugsy has had a fungi on his skin and has been on medication (will be on it for another month). Other than his loss of fur in some areas (which are growing back now), he is doing absolutely great! he is a little bigger now and looks like a full grown healthy pup. I honestly don't know why this guy hasn't had any interest. Also, every time I take him to the vet, he loves to play with the vets dogs that hang around. Please consider this amazing guy, considering everything he has gone through ~

Update October 17th 2013
Mugsy is doing a thousand times better then how he was when i first picked him up in the shelter. He has his full puppy energy, but dont worry, he still loves a warm lap and comfy bed. I've kinda nicknamed him Egor because he has a limp and a bit of a hunchback. He is also blind in one eye, but that doesnt stop him from still being a puppy. Such the trooper and is an absolute doll. He still may need to get his eye removed but for now its intact. He will need a home where there isnt too much chaos around him just because he has gone through so much. Will u be that special person? *** Note: I do have a car and I am willing to drive within reason to his forever home if need be! :)***

Meet Mugsy!
Sept 2013
Him and his brother Bugsy were in a pretty bad situation, and Mugsy was pretty much on his death bed. He could barely move and had an infection in his eye. I picked both of them up and took them to an emergency vet because they both had an pneumonia.
Luckily this little guy is a fighter and did not give up his will to survive. Even though his eye is still infected (which the Dr. said it was due to stress), he is doing SO much better! Now him and his brother are both living with me, and let me tell you, they both have very unique personalities. Mugsy is smaller than his brother and still needs to get his energy up, but at the rate he scarves his food down, he will get bigger in no time, but not too big. He is definitely the laid back, I wanna chill in your lap all day kind of puppy. He is a very sweet boy and such a love bug. I've only had him and Bugsy in my home for 24 hours, but they both are doing amazing with the pee pads (only 1 accident off the pee pad). So I'm pretty sure after a few more days they will know where to go to the bathroom :). Mugsy doesnt talk a lot but he sure does get excited when you pick him up and put him in your lap. I would love to see this guy go to a good home considering what he has gone through.
