Good Day :)
I don't know if this is the correct procedure to follow. So, please let me know if I should use a different route or forum.
I desperately need to find a short term temporary PET SITTING home for my cat, Lucky. I live in Seoul, and I will be away from the 10th of February to the 1st of March 2012. I'm willing to pay for the stay, and will of course provide all the necessities (food, box, toys and litter etc) for him.
I'm also open to a home stay (someone staying at my place) to look after my cat.
Please let me know if you need any other information about me or my cat.
Could you please be of some help, or at least referring me to someone or a forum who could help me out?
Thank you very much for your time and attention.
Friendly greetings

Hi Clubmonkey! It's totally fine to post here :)
Just to clarify... A foster home would mean that you're putting your cat up for adoption... but I don't think that is the case, correct? The pet sitting would just be for the 3 weeks and then you'd take Lucky back, right?
If so, you should change the title of your post here because foster homes are harder to find that pet sitters :( Uploading a photo of Lucky will attract more attention to this post as well.
You should also post your message on ARK's Facebook page as well as the South Korea Petsitting Network (also a Facebook group).
Good luck!

010 4925 0829 Send me a message. I will take great care of him for the time you are gone.
I live near COEX, just of the Whemoon Mid and high School. I do not want your money, just give me the sandbox sand and his food.
Will you bring him to me, so you can see where he is?

Hi Peter
Thanx for offering ... please allow me to ask you a few questions: do you have any pets, of have you had any pets before? I'm asking because Lucky is not good with other animals. Also, he takes a while to adapt and could be aggressive for a while ... then after he becomes more comfortable, he will be quite playful and will demand lots of attention. He wakes early every morning (around 4am) and then it's play time ... and he will make sure you know this :)
Are you fine with that?
Please let me know~
