Seamus

Siamese cat for adoption in South Korea

Quick Bio

Age: Young (1-3 years)
Gender: Male
Breed: Siamese
Colour: Brown & White
  • Litter trained
Adoption Status: Adopted
Description:

Seamus is a gorgeous male Siamese in need of a good home. He was brought to our vet's office last week after being found by animal control in a bag with 10 other cats in a pedestrian underpass in Jeonju, abandoned in the bitter cold. Luckily for these poor cats and kittens, they were rescued, and now have a safe and warm place to live for the time being in our vet's office. We are hoping for a real happy ending for each and every single one of them...they are all friendly cats, and deserve to find wonderful forever homes.

We don't know Seamus very well yet, other than to say that he is a very handsome young man. The vet estimates that he is about 3 years old. It was hard for us to get a good picture of him on our first visit with him today, because he was a bit skittish and did not appreciate being held for more than a few seconds at a time. We will get to know him better the next time we visit, and report more about his personality -- and hopefully get much better photos of him to show off his handsome good looks. He will be available to adopt this Saturday (1/12/13). If you are in the area, come take a look at him and see for yourself!

Adoption Fee: ₩50,000
Location: Jeonju - 전주
Living Situation: Other circumstance

Another Siamese cat profile! Wow! I'll say what I said on the other cat's profile. Having grown up around Siamese cats I can say they make the most wonderful cat companions! They are extremely smart, super affectionate, very social and usually form super strong bonds with their primary caregiver. Because of these traits, it is definitely important to provide a stable home for them and provide them with appropriate places to explore, scratch and play while you are away (better yet, an animal companion). They need the stimulation. If left alone for long periods of time without stimulation or animal companions, expect to hear (and see) complaints about it because Siamese like to talk! :) This is just speaking generally though. All animals are individuals. I've never met Seamus though I wish I could!! :)
